Aquaguard and Dennis Hardy Fraud
When I purchased UltraGuard I never dreamt I would need to make a video to defend the former owner and myself from outrageous and slanderous lies by a desperate CEO who cannot nationally compete with us.
In today’s business world all industries are very competitive. McDonalds tells you why they believe their hamburgers are better than Wendy’s. ATT tells you why they believe their telephone system is better than Verizon. Car manufactures tell you why they believe their car is superior. The one thing reputable companies never do is to personally attack the CEO or former CEO of a company. I think it’s sick and perverted that a CEO of a company must resort to saying Ken Bankoff, the former owner, is a sex pervert and is wanted by the police. He also claims I have a rap-sheet a mile long and have been in and out of jail for years. This and all the reasons below are why a major law suit is taking place. We will soon prove that this is Dennis Hardy of Aquatic Technologies Inc. that has a new website up.
Dennis Hardy, CEO of Aquatic Tech and AquaGuard 5000 has altered and falsified letters that were, in reality, sent to him. These letters were from contractors, manufacturers, residential and commercial customers where the AquaGuard 5000 failed and he would not honor his warranties. Changing, altering and falsifying letters is a federal offense. Dennis Hardy could probably go to jail for 5-years and be fined $50,000.00 for these actions.
He has consistently posted new and creative lies about the UltraGuard product and our company’s leadership. When you read his letters of UltraGuard failures you should note that you never see a name, where the person lives or a phone number so you could speak to that customer. If these letters were actually factual UltraGuard would not have maintained such a high BBB rating. For the past 8-years, the BBB has recognized our 5 and 10 year warranties and has awarded us an A+ rating.
To date we have shipped over 3700 homeowners. Our failures are less than 1-1/2%. I don’t believe in the past 8-years we have had over 7 or 8 customers we could not satisfy. We bend backwards to satisfy our customers even when they are at fault.
I would not be in business today if the claims by dissatisfied customers were true because the state and local DA would have prosecuted us for fraud years ago. I can personally assure you that if any of these allegations were true I would have never purchased the UltraGuard business from Ken Bankoff.
