LOCAL POOL CONTRACTOR GOES NATIONAL
ON THE INTERNET

Mr. Bankoff is the president of Premier Restoration. The company was
formed in 1960's with his father servicing swimming pools. The file
of the Better Business Bureau of Pennsylvania was opened in 1974. At
that time he and his father became a member. For the past 31 years Premier
Restoration has always met the standards set down by the BBB.
In the late 1950's he and his father serviced swimming pools. They formed
a construction company building vinyl liner pools. In the 1970's they
built fiberglass wall pools with concrete floors. In the 1980's concrete
pools. Collectively he has built over 1000 pools.
Mr. Bankoff realized that many old pools had major structural problems
and needed to be restored. At that time fiberglass was the product of
choice. Mr. Bankoff did residential and commercial pools with a chopper
gun and compressor that sprayed the pools with a structural fiberglass
membrane.
Mr. Bankoff tried using different types of paints including epoxies
and found out that they were not a permanent installation. Searching
the market he found an industrial coating that was being used for acid
containment, chemicals, water parks and by a network of elite pool restoration
companies throughout the country.
He started to use this high tech product on swimming pools that his
company was restoring and offering a 10-year warranty. Mr. Bankoff has
found by comparing UltraGuard to other products that he has used, UltraGuard
is by far superior to the coatings available to the consumer today.
Mr. Bankoff is still active in his contracting firm using the UltraGuard
