We do not recommend sandblasting because your neighbors will not be happy and your house, grounds, cars etc. will not be the same. We recommend our diamond cup, which will remove 85 – 90% of your paint. Then you can use our bond coat.

You have another option. You can rent a 6,000 psi power washer which will give you the same results, or sand your pool with a 36 grit sand paper bought at Home Depot that goes on a small grinder.
