#1 FiberGlass Failures
Please note there are only 3 fiberglass judgments. I used
my personal funds to satisfy other customers before they
put a judgment against me. That’s
why I could not pay my taxes, lost my house and took personal
bankruptcy.

In 2001 I fiber glassed a commercial
pool for Path Ways Condos that held 260,000 gallons of water
that failed. This judgment against me was also placed against
my mother who lived in a condo. When she sold her condo $35,800.00
was taken from her. It took me 4 years to pay her back. She
passed away shortly thereafter. Do you think I have a reason
to hate fiberglass.

This is a duplicate of record 1. That was placed against
my mother and me by Path Ways Condo where their fiberglass
failed in their pool. Do you think I have a reason to hate
fiberglass.

In 1994 Mr. Nunan filed a $50,000.00 lawsuit because of
a fiberglass failure. I satisfied him with my personal funds
a pay back of $8,000.00, which was the original cost of his
contract. The case was dismissed.

In 1995 I fiber glassed Mr. Tax’s pool which failed.
I don’t understand why he duplicated this judgment
3 times in 1 year. In 1996 I gave him a full refund $5,600.00.

This is a duplicate on record 10 which was filed the same
year.

#2 Court notifications when my attorney David Roscher recorded
my personal bankruptcy where I lost my house.
This was caused by my fiberglass
failures where I could not make my
mortgage payments.

Listed below are Miscellaneous Judgments.
These judgments go back to 1985 and have all been satisfied.
In 1992 my daughter hit a school bus there was a $50,000.00
judgment, my insurance company finally settled with them.

This was a decorative concrete restoration I did, where
I took too long to satisfy her and she settled for $3,000.00
in a court hearing.

Please note there in no case number or no amount of judgment.
This customer was satisfied out of court and the case was
dismissed.

In 1996 I did a decorative concrete restoration on his front
patio which failed it took me 2 years but I finally satisfied
him.

This is a duplicate that is listed above.
