
My UltraGuard failed what
do I do now.
1. You must tell us your control
number that was given to you when water was going into
the pool.
2. You need to send to us or
fax us the copies of the testing results of your water
chemistry for that year.
3. You will send us a sample of the failure and a picture
of the pool when it’s empty. We will test your sample
that failed and our chemist will send a report back to you
telling you why it failed.
4. Once we know why you had a
failure we will send you a complete new order at no charge
and pre-pay the freight.
5. Before you
apply the new product you must call us and we will tell
you how to prep the pool properly so this time it will not fail.
