someone other than Mr. Bankoff or anyone related to him. Take a look at where
you are supposed to mail your warranty claims: click each picture to enlarge.
It states in the so-called warranty (PDF file) that it will only be effective
if returned to his company within 30 days of the purchase (or receipt) of the
material. He was forced to use a real address, mail would have been returned
by the Mt Laurel Post Office, and the buyers would realize they been duped.
I’ve heard many similar story’s about Mr. Bankoff’s
tactics. Former customers (whose pool his installers had just finished)
were told long tales about why he needed their help. They, at that
pc had no reason to misbelieve him, so they helped in any way they
could.
Here’s an example: One of Mr. Bankoff’s “residential Testimonials” customers
shown below, just happens to be his mail drop in Mt. Laurel, NJ for the warranty
claims. |
Mr. Nash claimed that the address
in Mt. Laurel, NJ was nothing but a front. All mail would be returned
to the person that sent it. This never happened because the zip
code was correct.
Today, 6-years later, we use the same location for our warehouse,
display pool and office by appointment only. I believe he knocked
over the mailbox after taking the pictures that are above.

Stroble family were not real testimonials and were a scam. It’s
now six years later and these people are still on my website.

claim that I had 10 different business names is the biggest
lie of all. Many of these businesses
I never heard of and probably did not exist. Some were put up
by a shyster corrupt lawyer I believe he hired. I will give you
