Shippensburg Municipal Pool “SHIP HAPPENS”

Shippensburg Borough's Memorial Park pool is a 260,000 gallon municipal swimming pool in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. In 2007 the pool was leaking at a rate of approximately 10,000 gallons per day. The Parks Manager and City Council were desparate to find a solution for the 2008 season. After looking into many vendors, most of whom would not provide a warranty or references, they finally settled on the UltraGuard product. Today the Memorial Park pool is open for business and hasn’t lost a drop of water.
