RECOMMENDATIONS FOR COATING EPOXY LININGS OVER CONCRETE FOR EMERSION SURFACES- EVALUATION AND REPAIRS OF CRACKS IN CONCRETE AND COATING OF CAR WASH TUNNELS AND OTHER INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENTS USING ULTRAGUARD ARCHITECTURAL COATINGS

SECTION I GENERAL INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE

1.1 High performance epoxy coating products have been used for many years to protect concrete containment surfaces against corrosions, chemical attack and leakage. Our product has been recognized by corrosion and maintenance engineers for superior chemical and physical resistance in a wide range of concrete containment environments. UltraGuards specially formulated epoxy coating systems may be easily applied to all types of cementitous substrates for emersion surfaces.

1.2 The recommendations contained herein present general procedures, safety practices, surface preparation procedures, equipment requirements, and application guidelines for the installation of UltraGuard Architectural Coatings as a protective coating.
