To offer any warranty you must have 100% confidence in the
product that you are manufacturing or installing as a contractor.
As a contractor I have been installing the UltraGuard for
the past 8-years. I believe
that the UltraGuard can never fail as long as the pool is
prepped properly. Once you have bought our
product and the pool is empty the homeowner must call us
prior to going to any new step when prepping their pool.
The instructions that we email to you are explicit but you
must call us before you open any buckets. You can call us
at any time during your project. We stay with you until you
are ready to put water in your pool. At that time we give
you a control number. This control number is your guarantee.
If you ever have a problem with the UltraGuard you must give
us this control number. No control number
no warranty.

A No Nonsense Warranty for the DIY

Homeowner must call for control number at time of prep,
primer bond coat and top color coat. If any failures should
occur in the future a control number must be provided at
time of claim.
A complete water analysis must be performed at quarterly
intervals by an “all-pro” retail store or any
store carrying “Bio-Guard” chemicals as their
computer analysis uses the correct criteria as established
by the national spa and pool institute and national plaster
council. This analysis is for our customers’ protection
as it discovers improper water chemistry before a problem
develops. If you live in a climate where you use the pool
only 6-months a year your testing of the water should be
done at least twice during that season. Customer must retain
water analysis print-out for warranty purposes.

UltraGuard has been applied over the years with success.
But we cannot offer a warranty on spas, fountains, hot tubs,
waterfalls etc. Moving water wears down any coating. There
is no way we can know how long it will take to wear down
the UltraGuard under these circumstances.
CONTRACTOR WARRANTIES
UltraGuard will offer the certified contractor and their
client a 15-year warranty on the installation of the Armor
color stone providing….
The contractor and their customer must call for a control
number at time of prep, primer bond coat
and top color coat.
If any failures should occur in the future a control
number must be provided at time of claim.
UltraGuard will not be responsible and will
not guarantee any other product that any contractor
will install.
UltraGuard cannot be held responsible
for water replacement or labor.
